Embroidered hats (third photo is John Outram wearing his one) celebrating the vibrant, mythical architecture of the Isle of Dogs Pumping Station. Known as the "Temple of Storms", this Grade II* listed masterpiece by John Outram (1988) transforms a mundane utility building into a Postmodern palace of colour and symbolism. Famous for its giant patterned columns and central "jet-engine cyclops-eye" fan, it is a joyous icon of 1980s design and one of London's most secret, and most utterly brilliant, architectural treasures.
