If your item arrives damaged or with a production error, please send us a photograph of the item as soon possible, and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched. Your replacement will be processed and actioned within 48 hours.

We do not replace items ordered in error. However if you contact us within half an hour of making the order, we can cancel and provide a refund.

If there is anything wrong with your item, or it has not arrived for some reason, please make sure you contact us within 25 days of ordering. After this number of days products ordered from the site are no longer eligible for replacement or re-shipment.

All of our items are made to order. We do not hold stock, instead we choose to minimise waste and make our products as we receive your order. For this reason we do not offer returns for any other reasons other than those outlined above.

For all clothing we advise that you carefully check our sizing guides, which are available on every product page, before ordering. We are not responsible for any errors in sizes ordered, unless of course measurements stated are incorrect for whatever reason.
