Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or with a production error, please send us a photograph of the item as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement asap. Your replacement will be processed within 48 hours (taking working hours and days into consideration). Email us at info@architectural-icons.com with your order number and the photographs of the damaged item.

Our "Made to Order" Philosophy To minimize waste and protect the environment, we do not hold stock. Every single item you order is printed and created specifically for you. Because of this, we strongly encourage you to check our sizing guides carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for any errors in sizes ordered.

Returns & Exchanges Because each item is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. However, we understand that sometimes a return is unavoidable.

If you absolutely need to return an item, please note the following:

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the full shipping costs to return the item to our facility.

  • Process: You must contact info@architectural-icons.com to request the return address.

  • Condition: Items must be in perfect, unworn/unused condition.

Lost or Missing Items If there is anything wrong with your item, or it has not arrived, please contact us within 25 days of ordering. After this period, products are no longer eligible for replacement or re-shipment.

Cancellations Ordered in error? If you contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order, we can cancel it and provide a full refund. After that window, production will have begun.
