Designed by Sir Frederick Gibberd and completed in 1967, this Modernist icon is affectionately known by locals as "Paddy’s Wigwam". Famous for its circular design and the stunning John Piper stained glass lantern that crowns the roof, it is a beloved symbol of Liverpool's skyline and a beacon of 1960s architectural optimism.
